  5.   When uploading a file, the software will ask if you wish to place
  6.   automatic conference security on it.  If you say yes, the file name
  7.   you have entered for the upload will be altered to include a "#" as
  8.   the last character of the file name.  This file can then only be
  9.   downloaded while a caller is in the respective conference.  Once
  10.   outside the conference, it cannot be downloaded by anyone.  The
  11.   file description is placed in Directory # 14 when you specify con-
  12.   ference security.  If you do not, the file will be placed in the
  13.   general board upload directory - number 10 - and will be available
  14.   for the general board user to download.

  16.   This file renaming choice was made to prevent conflicts with current
  17.   "Q" naming conventions for squeezed files.  If you do not select the
  18.   automatic file naming security, the file can be downloaded by any
  19.   caller since it's description is placed in the general board's upload
  20.   directory.
